Order Cancellation & Returns

  • No Cancellations or Swaps: We do not accept order cancellations, changes, or swaps for any reason, including change of mind.
  • Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is significantly damaged (see below for definition).

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any damage or missing item:

  • A 360° uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
  • The video must begin before opening the parcel.
  • It must be recorded at standard speed, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
  • Please show all products clearly on camera and end the video only after everything is checked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • We do not accept change of mind. All sales are final. No return no refund no exchange.
  • In case of damaged or faulty items approved for return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there are any issues.

If approved:

  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide parcel tracking or contact us for a return label.
  • Keep a copy of the tracking and shipping receipt for your records.

Store Credit

  • If your return is approved, store credit will be issued.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Strictly No Returns/Refunds For:

  • Missing pearls/stones on outfits or jewelry.
  • Minor scratches, loose hooks, or glued stones.
  • Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Handmade product imperfections (scratches, rough polish).

Refund Process (If Approved)

  • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, a store credit will be processed.
